HWS can manage your website, hosting, domain renewals, and associated provider payments while your managed service is active. When you're ready to take over, we coordinate a documented handoff so you can establish your own accounts and billing.
We review your domain, existing website, hosting, and integrations. During HWS management, services may be operated through HWS-controlled accounts, with ownership and billing responsibilities defined in your agreement.
After approval, we coordinate DNS or hosting changes, check HTTPS, forms, mobile pages, and redirects, and protect existing email settings.
We provide an account and access inventory, agreed project deliverables, and guidance. Before the transfer is complete, you set up your own provider accounts and payment methods.
Important: Moving a domain to a different registrar is not normally required to launch a new website. Domain registration, hosting, third-party subscriptions, licensed assets, and source-code rights are identified in your project agreement. Managed-service fees and any transfer-related charges are disclosed in advance.

Professional websites include an editing dashboard for supported content fields. Your own content edits are not counted as Website Care requests.
Minor changes to existing text, contact details, business hours, links, pricing, or replacement of an existing image you provide. The plan includes two written requests each billing month, each limited to 15 minutes, with a 30-minute monthly maximum. Unused requests do not roll over. Typical turnaround is 3–5 business days after complete materials are received.
New pages, new sections, redesigns, major copywriting, new integrations, and additional features are quoted separately. Revising or reversing a completed request counts as a new request. Additional minor requests cost $50 each for up to 15 minutes, subject to approval.
While HWS manages your website, we may administer hosting, domain registration, renewals, and related payments under the agreed service arrangement. If you choose to take over, we coordinate a documented transfer of the website and eligible domain or hosting services. You establish your own accounts and billing before the handoff is completed.
